Delivery

When will my order be shipped?​

All of our planters are hand made in the UK and currently have a lead time of up to 6-8weeks, especially for the extra large kits. Once we receive your order, we will confirm to you that it is going to production. You will be notified when the manufacture is complete and when your order is at the point of dispatch.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

International Deliveries

Our delivery fee does not include any import charges or taxes. We advise that you contact your country's customs and excise before placing an order.

If you don't want the hassle of dealing with customs and excise, we have an Ebay store, where you can place your order and have it dispatched through the global shipping programme. Ebay global shipping programme takes care of all postage, taxes, and import charges up front so that you don't have to pay any extra fees when your item is delivered. Please note Horticus are not responsible for any import charges or taxes incurred on delivery.

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund. When accepting the delivery please sign for it as damaged and request that the courier records this. Please contact us with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please do not throw away the damaged packaging until the issue is fully resolved, this is due to delivery company's policy, where original packaging is requested to be submitted in order to avoid illegitimate claims.

Tracking your parcel

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched. We recommend that you include your mobile number at check out so that our carrier could notify you with times for your delivery slot, saves you from having to wait in all day.
